Before Your Session
Q. How do sessions take place?
A. All sessions are audio-only calls via phone or WhatsApp. I will call you at the time of your scheduled appointment. Video is not required.
You ARE welcome to record the session for your personal use. Occasionally, I may also send brief follow-up notes if something benefits further clarity.

Q. How should I prepare?
A. A little preparation goes a long way. I recommend:
• Taking time beforehand to note any questions or topics you’d like to explore
• Letting me know if you’ll be on speakerphone or if others will be listening
Sessions are always kid-friendly, and animals will only share information appropriate for everyone present.

Q. How much time should I book?
A. Most people find:
• 30 minutes is perfect for one animal in depth
• 30 minutes can also be used for shorter check-ins with two animals
• 45–60 minutes works well for more complex situations or deeper exploration
If you’re unsure, trust your intuition — sessions are flexible within the time you reserve.

Q. How soon after an animal has passed can I book?
A. There’s no required waiting period. Sessions can be meaningful anywhere from a few days to several weeks after passing.
Many people find that waiting 2–3 weeks allows emotions to settle enough to fully receive what their animal wants to share, but the right timing is always personal.

During Your Session
Q. What happens at the beginning of the call?
A. For each animal, I’ll begin by asking a few grounding questions:
1. Your animal’s name
2. Approximate age (guessed if unknown)
3. How long you’ve known one another
4. Whether you’re together now
5. If deceased, how long ago they passed
6. Where you’d like to begin
Sometimes animals begin communicating right away — occasionally before we even get through all the questions.
If this is your first session, please allow 1–2 minutes at the start for a brief explanation of the process and what you can expect.

Q. Can multiple animals or people be included?
A. Yes, you’re always welcome to listen to multiple animals, living or passed, during a single session. Friends or family may also join — there’s no limit on listeners or animals.

Q. How do animals communicate?
A. Animals most often communicate through:
• Images
• Emotions
• Physical sensations
Words or phrases may come through at times, but visuals and feelings are more common. Your insight as their person can be helpful in interpreting what’s being shared.

Q. How is time handled?
A. About three minutes before the end of our session, I’ll check in to see if you have one final question before we close.
To honor the time we have, please avoid starting an entirely new topic at this point.
