• You may listen to multiple animals during any call.
• Multiple people are welcome to listen.
• You CAN record the session for your personal use.
• Additional animals may be added/ changed anytime.
• Please have your most important questions ready before we begin.
• Sessions begin promptly and cannot start more than 5 minutes late.
• Session time cannot be extended beyond your scheduled appointment.
• Questions that arise after the session require a new appointment, even if only a 10-minute session is needed.
